The 2008 Elizabeth Celtic Festival
The Regular Main Entrance Casey Jones Park will be closed
when the Festival is open to the public.
All day Saturday (including evening hours), and all day Sunday until 4:30 p.m. (official closing time)
(Emergency access is available anytime through any gate by appropriate public safety personel.)
Virturally all vehicles and participants will park in the Main Festival Parking Area,entering in from Road 17.
On Friday, July 18th, there is access through this gate for exhibitors and vendors to unload and to set up.
On Saturday and Sunday, however, any access will need to be handled through the Upper Gate and will require a Vehicle Access Permit for the specific vehicle.
The objective is to get the cars out of the Festival area because they detract from the event (especially in the Living History areas).
