The Renaissance Scots

Part of this Festival since 1997...this is their 13th year!

The Renaissance Scots, portray Highlanders in the 1600's to the 1700's--the height of Highland Clan culture. Every thirty minutes or so they teach something--how to wear a Great Kilt, how to spin wool, and how to fight with several different types of swords (this is very popular).

The Renaissance Scots Village features exhibits at various times throughout the day.
